SHIPPING POLICY

We offer FREE shipping to anywhere in the United States. Please allow 5 to 7 business days for delivery.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You may return new, unused, and unopened products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, however, we do ask that you pay shipping for these returns. If the return is a result of our error, such as if you receive an incorrect or defective product, you will receive a full refund for the item as well as shipping costs.

If your item is incorrect, defective, or damaged upon arrival; we will exchange your item at no additional cost to you.

REFUND POLICY

You should expect to receive your refund within three to four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. Most circumstances you will receive your refund before this time period.

This time period allows for the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper, time for your return to be processed, and bank processing time.

If for any reason you do not receive your refund after 14 calendar days, please contact us to let us know and we will make sure to get the issue resolved immediately.
